Who We Are, How It Started, How It's Going
The name ‘West to West’ represents the cultural heritage of our cuisine. Sierra Leone rests on the coast of West Africa, while Trinidad and Tobago and Jamaica are tropical islands in the West Indies/ Caribbean.
